'We're scared': Liberty Wells residents plead for help from Operation Rio Grande spillover

More than 50 Liberty Wells residents pleaded to Salt Lake City Mayor Jackie Biskupski Tuesday night for more police presence and response to their neighborhood, concerned about ripple effects from Operation Rio Grande.
