Weber County man charged with violently raping estranged wife

PLEASANT VIEW, Weber County — A Pleasant View man is facing criminal charges after police say he violently sexually assaulted his estranged wife.The 39-year-old man was arrested this week and charged Thursday in 2nd District Court with two counts of object rape and one count of forcible sodomy, all first-degree felonies.
