Utah road fatalities decrease, but it's no reason to celebrate, officials say

Fewer people were killed on Utah's roads in 2017 than the year before. But there were still 273 fatalities last year, and Utah Department of Transportation Executive Director Carlos Braceras said that's no reason to celebrate.
