Utah mom sentenced to community service after locking kids in trunk

RIVERDALE, Weber County — An Ogden mother charged with locking her children in the trunk of her car was sentenced Thursday to complete community service.
Tori Lee Castillo, who turned 40 this week, pleaded guilty in Riverdale Justice Court to one count of child abuse, a class B misdemeanor, while an identical charge was dismissed.
