SALT LAKE CITY — A massage therapist at a Millcreek spa has been sentenced to jail after admitting he touched three clients inappropriately during multiple visits.Kevin Rand, 48, of Millcreek, was sentenced Feb. 23 to spend 90 days in the Salt Lake County Jail.Rand pleaded guilty in January to four counts of sexual battery, a class A misdemeanor.
