Utah launching 1st comprehensive planning effort for Green, Colorado rivers

The sovereign, state-owned land sections of the Colorado and Green rivers as they flow through Utah are part of a first-ever comprehensive planning process designed to protect navigation, fish and wildlife habitat, water quality and recreation.
