Utah Educational Savings Plan receives top honor 7 years running

SALT LAKE CITY — For the seventh straight year, the Utah Educational Savings Plan has been awarded a gold rating by Morningstar's Manager Research Group.
Morningstar, a leading industry analyst, evaluated 62 plans in its annual report, with only four earning the top rating. It rated the 529 college savings plans for their management, fund partners, oversight, investment offerings, fees and performance.
