United Way recruiting volunteer tax preparers

PROVO — The United Way of Utah County is currently recruiting volunteer tax preparers for its Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
All volunteers, who are fully trained and IRS-certified, will help low- and moderate-income families learn about tax credits and prepare their tax returns. After certification, participants will be asked to volunteer for at least fours hours (each week from February through April at one of 11 tax assistance sites across Utah County.
Training materials will
