Two shootings in 12 hours leave two in critical condition in Ogden

OGDEN — A 28-year-old man was in critical condition after being shot early Monday.
Police say it's the second shooting in 12 hours in the same area, and the incidents could be connected.
Just after 2 a.m. Monday, a man was injured in a drive-by shooting in the 900 block of 16th street, said Ogden Police Lt. Tim Scott. The man, whose name was not immediately released, was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
The incident comes on the heels of another shooting about 2 p.m. Sunday
