Two 13-year-old girls OK after car strikes them

TAYLORSVILLE — Two 13-year-old girls were hospitalized, but were awake and talking after a minivan struck them on a busy thoroughfare in Taylorsville on Tuesday, police said.Police initially believed the teens had sustained life-threatening injuries, but Unified police later said they were in good condition.
