One of Utah’s college towns may be one of the smartest cities in the nation.A new report from WalletHub ranked Provo as the seventh most educated city in the country, falling right behind Boston and Madison, Wisconsin.Ann Arbor, Michigan, which is home to the University of Michigan, topped the list. The nation’s capital Washington, D.C., finished in second place, ahead of tech hub San Jose, California, and Durham, North Carolina.Ann Arbor topped the list for having the highest amount
