Skiers can now purchase UTA fare with GoRide app

SALT LAKE CITY — Bus service to the ski resorts in Big and Little Cottonwood canyons is set to begin Saturday, and the Utah Transit Authority is trying to make it easier for skiers to hit the slopes.
By using agency's GoRide app, skiers can select "Ski One Way" or "Ski One Way R/Sr," which is a reduced fare for qualified senior citizens or riders eligible for reduced fare. Roundtrip passengers will need to purchase two tickets, one for each way.
