SARATOGA SPRINGS — Rocky, a K-9 with the Saratoga Springs Police Department, is getting a bulletproof and stab-protective vest thanks to a charitable organization based in Massachusetts.The vest, from an anonymous sponsor through Vested Interest in K9s Inc., will be embroidered with the sentiment "Born to Love — Trained to Serve — Loyal Always."
