Rep. Chris Stewart proposes bill to crack down on government leaks

SALT LAKE CITY — Rep. Chris Stewart, R-Utah, introduced legislation this week to crack down on rising government leaks of classified information.A patchwork of laws and presidential directives currently governs the unauthorized disclosure of national security information, making it difficult to prosecute people, Stewart said.
