Protesters ask Hatch for Hanukkah gift: Funding CHIP

Two dozen protesters gathered with songs, prayers and menorahs on the first night of Hanukkah, urging Sen. Orrin Hatch and Congress to sustain a federal health insurance program for children in low-income families.
