Police arrest 4th man accused in kidnapping plot

SANDY — Police have arrested a fourth person accused of kidnapping and stabbing a man in an attempt to get money from him.
After Sandy police released surveillance images and called for tips Tuesday, John Ewing, 19, voluntarily met with detectives that evening and was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail, according to the department.
