Photos: SLC Shred Fest draws crowds anxious for snow

Winter outdoor enthusiasts gathered at Liberty Park to ski, snowboard and compete in a lumberjack competition. The second annual festival — a pray for snow party — was hosted by Milo Sport. A cash purse of $1,500 was offered for the best pre-season tricks on features provided by Powder Mountain.
