Negotiations begin for 'water exchange' key to the Lake Powell Pipeline

Negotiations between state and federal officials began Monday at the Dixie Center St. George looking to give Utah access to water from Lake Powell in exchange for some of its existing access to Colorado River water via the Green River in Wyoming.
