Midvale celebrating Veterans Day with breakfast, ceremony

MIDVALEThe city will celebrate Veterans Day on Nov. 11 with a free pancake breakfast followed a patriotic ceremony.
The breakfast, prepared by the LDS Church's Midvale Stake, will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Midvale Senior Center, 7550 S. Main. It will include pancakes, eggs, ham, orange juice and coffee.
The ceremony will begin at 10:45 at the Veterans Memorial Monument in the Midvale City Cemetery, 471 W. 6th Ave. An honor guard from the Unified Fire Authority will post the colors. Following tha
