Man leads police on chase in Weber, Davis counties

OGDEN — A man wanted on kidnapping charges was taken into police custody following a chase through two counties.Ogden police responded to Walmart, 1959 Wall Ave., about 9:10 p.m. Friday on a report of an aggravated kidnapping. Investigators say the victim was able to get away, and the suspect fled in a vehicle.Police initiated a pursuit that traveled through Weber and Davis counties and involved multiple jurisdictions.The suspect in the vehicle matched the description of Emanuel Carranza,
