Man dies when his car rear-ends semi on Bangerter Highway

WEST VALLEY CITY — A man in his 40s died after his car rear-ended a semitrailer traveling northbound on Bangerter Highway shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday. The truck driver was not injured.West Valley Police Lt. Jeff Conger said both vehicles were headed north on the highway at about 2100 South.
