Man charged in armed robbery, arson and high-speed chase

MANTIA man that prosecutors say was involved in a multicounty crime spree including an armed robbery, arson and high-speed chasehas been charged.
Jesus Emmanuel Carrasco, 18, of South Jordan, was charged Friday in Sanpete County's 6th District Court with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; theft, a second-degree felony; arson, a third-degree felony; and obstruction of justice, a class A misdemeanor.
