Legislature to consider settlement on problematic S.R. 92 rebuild

SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Legislature will consider settling a lawsuit over botched construction of a Utah County highway.The proposed settlement is on the agenda for Utah lawmakers' special session that the governor scheduled for Wednesday.
