LDS First Presidency urges help for Houston, asks volunteers to be patient

The First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints issued a letter Friday asking for help and prayers for those affected by Hurricane Harvey. They also encouraged volunteers to wait before traveling to the stricken area.
