Judge to fill vacancies on Manti, Gunnison justice courts

MANTI — Judge Mark K. McIff has been tapped by the Sanpete County Nominating Commission to fill the vacancies on the Manti and Gunnison justice courts. McIff replaces Judge Ivo Peterson, who retired in June.
McIff currently serves as a justice court judge in Sevier and Piute counties, as well as in Ephraim, Fairview, Fountain Green, Moroni and Spring City. He is also an attorney who practices in the south-central Utah area.
He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Utah Univ
