Husband charged in motorcycle crash that killed his wife

ROOSEVELT — An American Fork man has been charged with automobile homicide for a motorcycle crash that resulted in the death of his wife.
Gary Lynn Wagstaff, 67, was charged Wednesday in 8th District Court in Duchesne County with "automobile homicide negligence," a third-degree felony, plus class B misdemeanor charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
