How Utah Mormons offer lessons on fixing political division

Deseret News opinion editor Hal Boyd recently explained in an opinion piece for The Weekly Standard that Utah and its Mormon population serve as a positive case study on how to solve the deep partisan divide.
Boyd wrote that Utah's unique political and religious culture offers a lesson on how all Americans can navigate the vast political divide.
He wrote that Utah's policies often seem to be more fitting for liberal states, even though it's full of conservative voters.
