Highland residents urged to take survey

HIGHLAND — Residents are being asked to take a survey designed to find out what residents think about certain issues and how the city is doing.This is the third year that residents have been asked to take a survey, which can be found online at http://bit.ly/HC-survey18. Responses are due by Feb. 28.Last year's survey results were used to guide City Council in its decisions on how to fund roads.
