Here's how much Utahns spend every year (and how it ranks nationally)

American consumers spent from $30,000 to more than $56,000 in 2016.
A new report from Howmuch.net revealed how consumer spending varies by state. Utah ranked at the bottom-end of states, with Beehive State residents spending between $34,000 to $36,900 per year.
Utah specifically spent $35,100 per capita, which is higher than neighboring Arizona. Utah ranked below neighbors Nevada ($36,200), New Mexico ($35,700) and Texas ($36,500).
