Herbert declares January as Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month

SALT LAKE CITY — Gov. Gary Herbert has declared January as Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month, and to celebrate, all 13 resorts in Utah are offering packages tailored for first-time skiers and snowboarders.
