Hearing on proposed bus service changes in Utah County set for Jan. 18

PROVO — The Utah Transit Authority has scheduled a public hearing on proposed changes to four bus routes in Utah County.
The hearing will be held at 6 p.m. Jan. 18 at the Provo City Library, 550 N. University Ave. If approved, the changes would go into effect April 8.
UTA wants to eliminate two weekday trips on routes 833 and 834. Route 834 would be extended to the intersection of Center and State streets in Orem to allow for transfers to route 850 near the Orem city offices. In addition,
