Health exchange sign-ups nearly on par with previous round

SALT LAKE CITY — The number of Utahns who signed up for health insurance in 2018 via the marketplace established by the Affordable Care Act nearly reached the record number of enrollees the state saw in the previous go-around, new data shows.
