Head-on crash with wrong-way driver injures 3 on Legacy

FARMINGTON — Two people suffered life-threatening injuries Wednesday afternoon and a third person is in serious condition following a head-on crash involving a wrong-way driver, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.The crash happened about 1:15 p.m. on Legacy Highway just south of Lagoon Amusement Park, said UHP Lt.
