Groups rally for policing reforms in shooting's aftermath

Members of Black Lives Matter and the group Utah Against Police Brutality organized a rally of close to 200 people Sunday demanding justice in the aftermath of the Aug. 13 officer-involved shooting death of Patrick Harmon, 50, in Salt Lake City.
