Grant aims to help more refugees in Utah achieve citizenship

SALT LAKE CITYCatholic Community Services of Utah and the English Skills Learning Center have been awarded a $250,000 grant by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to help more than 400 refugees and immigrants achieve citizenship by 2019.
