Government shutdown limits hours for Bryce Canyon visitor center

BRYCE CANYON – The shutdown of the federal government means volunteers will staff Bryce Canyon National Park visitors center for limited hours starting Monday.
The Bryce Canyon Natural History Association donated staff and funding to operate the center. Donations will be used for snow removal at the visitor center parking lot and custodial services inside the visitor center until Jan. 29, according to a National Park Service press release.
