Gov. Gary Herbert unveils $16.7B budget proposal for Utah

Gov. Gary Herbert unveiled his proposed $16.7 billion budget for fiscal year 2019 at the Davis Technical College in Kaysville on Wednesday. The proposal includes no tax hikes and more money for education, air quality and homeless issues.
