Driver wasn't properly buckled in I-215 crash, UHP says

TAYLORSVILLE — Authorities say a crash on I-215 that landed a driver in critical condition Monday is a reminder for everyone to wear their seatbelts properly and observe speed limits.
The man, whose name has not been released, took the off-ramp at 4700 South too fast and lost control at about 7 p.m., the Utah Highway Patrol said in a prepared statement.
