Dog rescued from Salt Flats making quick recovery, almost ready for adoption

When Kelly first arrived at the Utah Animal Adoption Center in Salt Lake City, she was scabbed, starving and in desperate need of medical attention. Two weeks later, the dog is making a timely recovery.
