District to delay garbage collection by a day due to Christmas, New Year’s Day

SALT LAKE CITY — The Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling District is reminding customers there will be no garbage collection on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
Since the holidays are on a Monday this year, all collections will be delayed by one day, with Friday's collections occurring on Saturday.
