District offers rebates on toilets, smart irrigation controllers

LAYTON — The Weber Basin Water Conservancy District is offering rebates to residents who install new toilets or smart irrigation controllers.Residents who upgrade to a newer, more efficient toilet can receive a $75 rebate.
