Cows fall from I-84 overpass onto southbound I-15 after semitrailer rollover

I-15 southbound is closed at 31st Street, as well as two lanes of I-84 eastbound and an onramp to I-15 near Riverdale after a cattle truck rolled on the overpass, spilling cows onto the freeway below.
