Corrections officer charged with custodial sexual relations

SALT LAKE CITY — A Utah Department of Corrections officer has been charged with having illegal sexual relations with a female resident at a halfway house.
Bradley Lowder, 31, of Almalga, Cache County, was charged Wednesday in 3rd District Court with three counts of custodial sexual relations, a third-degree felony.
