Charges: Ex-Clearfield karate instructor raped teen victim again

CLEARFIELD — Even after he was arrested, a former Clearfield karate instructor continued having a sexual relationship with one of his former teenage students, according to investigators.
Damian Tyler Fullmer, 20, was charged last week in 2nd District Court with five new counts of rape, a first-degree felony, and sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.
