Bryce Canyon National Park set to burn debris piles

BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK — Park officials have announced plans to burn debris piles created from recent fuel reduction treatment projects as soon as Monday.
The burns will take place at Rainbow Point, in park employee housing areas and the park maintenance area. The debris will be burned only when specific weather conditions allow for acceptable smoke dispersal and little chance of fire to spread.
