Bluffdale considering rain barrel water-saving program

BLUFFDALE — The city is considering offering rain barrels to residents in an effort to help conserve water.
Residents are being asked for their input in the form of a four-question survey at surveymonkey.com/r/7MXMXX7.
Among the questions the survey asks is whether residents would be willing to spend $75 for the 50-gallon barrels, how many they would buy and how the cost should be assessed on their water bills.
