BLM offers Christmas tree permits across Utah

SALT LAKE CITY — Bureau of Land Management field offices across the state will sell noncommercial permits to cut pinyon, juniper and fir Christmas trees. Permits are available during regular business hours, excluding federal holidays, at the following locations:
• Salt Lake City, 2370 S. Decker Lake Blvd.; Nov. 9-Dec. 22; $10 each with a limit of two per household; juniper and pinyon; 801-977-4300. (The office will also sell permits for the Fillmore and Elko, Nevada, field offices.)
