BLM launches effort on new management plans for Grand Staircase, Bears Ears

In response to President Donald Trump's proclamations altering boundaries at Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bears Ears monuments, the Bureau of Land Management is starting to craft new management plans and is seeking the public's input.
