AP: John Curtis wins 3rd Congressional District GOP primary race

John Curtis was leading Chris Herrod and Tanner Ainge in results released Tuesday in the Republican primary for the 3rd Congressional District seat vacated earlier this summer by former Rep. Jason Chaffetz.
