Amber Alert issued for two missing girls in Iron County

CEDAR CITY — An Amber Alert has been issued for two young girls missing since September.
The girls' two brothers were found Monday in an undisclosed location in Iron County. But investigators believe the girls were taken away in the middle of the night by Samuel Warren Shaffer, 34.
Police are looking for Dinah Elizabeth Coltharp, 8, and Hattie Briella Coltharp, 4.
Dinah is 4-foot-9, 45 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue dress, gray pants under the d
